Tenbay Cloud Privacy Policy

Shenzhen Tenbay Wulian Technology Co., LTD., hereinafter referred to as "Tenbay" or "them "! The company's official website: https://www.tenbay.com.cn/tenbay/). We respect and protect the personal data and privacy of Users (" Users "or" You "). When you use cloud services, we will collect, use, save and share your relevant personal data. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the "content processed, stored, or hosted by our business customers using Tenbay Cloud Platform in connection with an Tenbay Cloud Platform account. In particular,

- Tenbay is acting in the capacity of data controller when collecting and processing personal data on its own behalf and for its own purposes. This means situations in which Tenbay determines the purposes and the means of such processing at its own discretion.

- For certain services, Tenbay has been retained by our business customers to process personal data as a data processor. In such cases, Tenbay shall process your personal data on behalf of and based on the specific instructions given by our business customer as the data controller. The subject-matter and duration of the processing, the nature and purposes of the processing, the type of personal data and categories of data subjects, together with the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to such processing will be covered by a data processing agreement (or equivalent terms) agreed between Tenbay and our business customer. In cases where we act as a data processor, we have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data we process. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to Tenbay's business customer (the data controller).

We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us and Tenbay Cloud Platform, including general personal data (including your name, phone number, and e-mail company name, country/region, password (encrypted) of your account) when you register an account with us;

Network identification information (including system account number, IP address, e-mail address and password, passphrase, and passphrase-protected key related to the foregoing);

Personal browsing history (referring to user operation records stored in logs, including website browsing history, software use history, and click history);

Frequently used personal device information (including hardware serial number, device MAC address, deviceIP, device operating system, device manufacturer, device traffic usage, device online/offline time, software list, and unique device identification code);

When you choose to answer our Users Profile questionnaires, we will also collect your user profile relating to your type of business, job responsibility, business size and industry.

o Communicating with you:

o Registering for a login account. When you register as a normal user, you need to provide us with your email address. We will verify your identity by sending an email activation link. Your account name is your email address. You are also allowed to modify or add your information, including your name, mobile phone number, country of residence, and company name, all of which are classified as your "account information."

Your supplementary account information will help us provide you with personalized services. In addition to the mandatory information required by the system, you may provide any further information you would like to provide. If you wish to become our partner, please follow the tips we give you regarding how to choose the operation steps that are suitable for you and register for the relevant account. If you are visiting our website or using our products or services on behalf of your organization or other entity that authorizes you to do so, please make sure that you have obtained full authorization from the entity before performing related operations.

o Providing you with general services:

V. WHO WILL WE SHARE THIS DATA WITH, WHERE AND WHEN?

Tenbay may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients (in all cases, only when necessary to fulfil their functions):

●Third party service providers which process your personal data on behalf of Tenbay and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep your personal data confidential and appropriately secure.
